### 30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within **30 days of delivery**. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

- **Changed your mind?** You can return eligible items, but return shipping costs are your responsibility. International shipping may be required.
- **Damaged, defective, or wrong item?** Contact us for a free replacement or full refund. We cover return shipping if a return is necessary.
- **Returnless Refunds:** In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring you to send the item back.

### How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without approval.

### Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within **5 business days**. Your bank may need additional processing time.

No restocking fees. We do not offer routine exchanges for personal preferences, but we can assist with defective or incorrect items.

### Cancellations & Exceptions

Orders may be canceled within **15 minutes of purchase**, subject to processing status.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, as indicated on their product pages.
